Last updated March 09, 2026
This Privacy Policy for Durget, Gilles (“we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our application Zoom Compare (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy applies only to the App. For information about how we handle data collected through our support form and email communications, please see our Zoom Compare Support Privacy Policy.
Questions or concerns? Reading this Privacy Policy will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the App. If you still have any questions or concerns, please contact us at [email protected].
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information or user data. Any data generated or stored by the App remains exclusively on your device.
Photo Library access
The App requests access to your device’s Photo Library in order to function. Photos are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to us or any third party. You choose whether to grant the App access to all photos, a selection of photos, or no access at all. You may change the App’s access to your Photo Library at any time in your device’s Settings.
Photo sharing
The App allows you to share photos using your device’s built-in sharing functionality. Shared photos are sent directly from your device to the destination you choose. Photos are never routed through our servers.
In-app purchases
The App allows you to make in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to any payment or billing information.
2. ANALYTICS, TRACKING, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App does not use any analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not collect usage statistics, device identifiers, or any form of telemetry.
The App uses Apple’s StoreKit framework solely to process in-app purchases. StoreKit operates under Apple’s own privacy policy and terms. We do not integrate any other third-party SDKs or services that collect data.
3. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App does not collect any personal information from any user, no special provisions are required. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to address the concern.
4. DATA RETENTION
Since we do not collect any data, there is no data for us to retain. All App data (such as photo events and preferences) is stored locally on your device and managed by your device’s operating system.
5. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Because we do not collect or store any of your personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you have any questions about your privacy in relation to the App, please contact us.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or a jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you may have rights under applicable law (such as the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data). Since we do not collect personal data, these rights do not apply in practice, but we remain committed to complying with applicable law.
6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
The App does not transfer any of your data to us or to any server. All processing occurs locally on your device.
7. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting a notice within the App or updating the App Store listing. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
8. GOVERNING LANGUAGE
This Privacy Policy was originally written in English. Translations are provided for convenience and may contain mistakes. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of this document and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. You can consult the English version of the Privacy Policy.
9. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS POLICY?
If you have questions or comments about this policy, you may email us at [email protected] or contact us via our support form.
